This is a formal application: we verify your licence, insurance, driving record and professional references before a dispatch account is issued. Expect a review within two business days and a short interview before approval.

Before you apply — eligibility checklist
Check each item before you start. If one doesn't fit yet, the note under it tells you exactly what to resolve first.
A clean, roadworthy, insured vehicle you can use for trips
This is the requirement most applicants ask about — wheelchair-accessible vehicles are a plus, never a must.
Do you have a qualifying vehicle?
A valid California driver's licence
Not there yet? Renew or replace it at the DMV first, then apply — a photo of the card is required with the application.
Current vehicle insurance in your name
Not there yet? Ask your insurer for a proof-of-insurance card or declaration page, then apply. If you're still insuring the vehicle you'll drive, finish that first.
A verifiable driving record and background check
Not there yet? Older minor violations are usually fine — apply and answer honestly. If something recent is still resolving, wait for it to clear, then apply.
One professional reference with a phone number
Not there yet? A former supervisor, dispatcher or coordinator works well. Ask their permission and confirm their number before you start.
Work history you can list
Not there yet? Jot down your employers and dates (most recent first) before starting — it's required to submit.
