You must provide accurate booking and contact information, use the service lawfully, and treat drivers, riders, and staff respectfully.

Bookings and availability

A booking request is not guaranteed until confirmed. Pickup times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, rider readiness, and driver availability.

Fares and payments

The price shown before confirmation includes the disclosed fare components. Extra stops, waiting time, route changes, cleaning, damage, tolls, or exceptional circumstances may change the final amount when disclosed and permitted by law.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling terms shown during booking or plan enrollment apply. Contact us promptly if a ride must change.

Safety and conduct

Seat belts are required. Illegal, threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct is prohibited. Drivers may end or refuse a trip when safety is at risk.

Accounts and plans

You are responsible for activity under your account. Employer, care, and recurring plans may include separate written terms, ride limits, service areas, and billing schedules.

Service limitations

Ride Your Way is not an emergency service. Call 911 for emergencies. We are not liable for delays or interruptions outside reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.
