We use information to arrange and complete rides, match riders and drivers, process payments and payouts, provide support, send service messages, improve safety, prevent misuse, and operate our business.

Location and trip information

Trip locations and status may be shared with the assigned driver, rider, authorized organization, or caregiver when needed to deliver the ride and requested updates.

How information is shared

We share only what is needed with drivers, riders, authorized organizations, payment and email providers, and service vendors. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect safety and rights.

Data choices

You may update account information and communication preferences through your account or by contacting us. Some records must be retained for legal, safety, payment, and accounting purposes.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to personal information. No method is completely secure. We retain information only as long as needed for service, safety, legal, and business requirements.

Children

Ride Your Way accounts are not intended for children to create independently. A parent, guardian, caregiver, or authorized organization should arrange a minor’s ride.

Mobile apps and permissions

Our rider and driver apps may ask for location access (to set pickup spots and guide drivers while a trip is active) and notification access (for ride updates). You can turn these off in your phone settings; some features may then be limited. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by emailing Letsrideyourway@gmail.com or calling (760) 230-3680. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, safety, tax, or payment reasons.
