Ride Your Way LLC is a private rideshare and community mobility company based in Palm Desert, California. We move residents to work, healthcare appointments and school, and we sell that capacity three ways: per ride, by monthly pass, and through employer and care-provider contracts.

Instant, scheduled and recurring trips across the valley, booked online with a fare quoted before the rider confirms.
Workforce commuting
Employer-sponsored rides for early, late and weekend shifts in hospitality, retail, warehousing and agriculture.
Non-emergency medical transport
Door-through-door rides to clinics, dialysis, therapy and post-op care, handled only by drivers we certify for home-care work.
Organization accounts
Agencies, clinics and employers add authorized riders, set a monthly budget and receive one consolidated invoice.
Business model
Per-ride commission
Every completed ride is split between the driver and the company at a commission rate set in the admin console (currently 20%).
Rider subscriptions
Monthly passes give riders a fixed number of trips at a lower effective fare, producing predictable recurring revenue.
Employer plans
Monthly commuter plans billed to the employer, priced per ride pool and tied to shift schedules.
In-home care plans
Care plans from $320 to $1,150 per month for families, home-care agencies and clinics, with direct agency billing.
