Reliable transport for caregivers travelling between clients, and for caregivers escorting their clients to appointments or errands.

Book for a loved one, add care notes, and get updates when the driver accepts and when the ride ends.
Our standards
- ✓Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) only — for emergencies, call 911.
- ✓Medical rides go only to drivers who've passed our NEMT certification and training.
- ✓Background-checked, drug-tested, professional drivers in sedans and SUVs — with a wheelchair-accessible van (ramp, secured tie-downs) arriving soon.
- ✓Door-through-door help, free ride-alongs for caregivers, aides and family, on-time pickups and a familiar driver when available.
- ✓Every medical booking is reviewed by our team before it's confirmed.
Driver safety standards
A thorough, in-person vetting process for every driver.
Every Ride Your Way driver completes each of the following steps before being approved to accept rides.
✓ Licensing and documentation
Driver's license and supporting documents are verified and monitored for expiration.
✓ Professional references
Two professional references are contacted, and driving and employment history are reviewed.
✓ In-person interview
Each candidate completes a face-to-face interview with our hiring team.
✓ Pre-employment screening
Candidates complete standard pre-employment screening before approval.
✓ Safety training and assessment
Drivers complete a passenger-safety assessment and a formal safety orientation.
Medical trips: verified NEMT drivers only
Medical trips are assigned only to drivers holding a current, verified non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) certification. Drivers whose certification lapses are removed from medical assignments until renewal is confirmed.

We serve Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella and surrounding Riverside County communities.
Ride requirements
• Non-emergency trips only. For emergencies, call 911.
• Riders who can transfer ride in a sedan or SUV; riders who stay in a wheelchair or mobility device can request our wheelchair-accessible van.
• A caregiver may ride along at no extra charge.
• Please book at least 24 hours ahead; same-day rides depend on availability.
How to request service
• Patients: book online under "Book a medical ride" or call our office.
• Care providers and agencies: choose "Care provider for a patient" when booking, and add the patient's contact details.
• Clinics with many patients: ask us for an agency account to book and track every trip in one place.
For care agencies and drivers
Home-care agencies, clinics and facilities can set up an account for recurring patient and caregiver rides. Drivers can apply for NEMT certification from their driver profile.
